Résidanté – Terms & Conditions

1.1 Platform Ownership

Résidanté is a copyrighted digital product owned and operated by Alternative Control Labs FZC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

1.2 No Independent Trade License

Résidanté does not hold a standalone commercial, brokerage, or real estate trade license. All intellectual property rights are held by Alternative Control Labs FZC.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All software, AI systems, workflows, interfaces, designs, trademarks, content structure, and platform logic are the exclusive intellectual property of Alternative Control Labs FZC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2.1 Marketing & Discovery Platform Only

Résidanté is a digital platform for property marketing, listing visibility, and discovery. It does not:

• Sell properties
• Represent buyers or sellers
• Facilitate or process payments
• Act as a broker, agent, or intermediary
• Execute or enforce agreements

2.2 No Agency or Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or employment relationship between Résidanté, Alternative Control Labs FZC, or any user.

3.1 Users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

3.2 Business users (developers, agencies, agents) confirm they hold all required licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals in their operating jurisdictions.

4.1 Third-Party Content

All property listings, descriptions, pricing, availability, images, specifications, and representations are provided by third parties. Résidanté does not verify or guarantee their accuracy.

4.2 No Verification or Endorsement

Résidanté does not verify ownership, title, approvals, permits, escrow arrangements, completion timelines, or regulatory compliance of any listing.

4.3 User Due Diligence Required

Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence, including verification with developers, agents, land departments, and relevant authorities before entering any transaction.

5.1 Right to Advertise

Users uploading or publishing listings warrant that they have full legal authority and owner authorization (where applicable) to market the property.

5.2 Regulatory Compliance

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring listings comply with:

• UAE, KSA, and Morocco real estate advertising regulations
• Consumer protection laws
• Anti-misrepresentation standards

5.3 Misleading Content

Résidanté reserves the right to remove any content that is misleading, inaccurate, unlawful, or poses regulatory or reputational risk, without notice.

6.1 Assistive Use Only

AI-driven features are provided for informational and engagement purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

6.2 No Accuracy Guarantee

AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users must independently verify all information.

6.3 Regulatory Alignment

The Platform is designed to align with applicable AI and data governance frameworks in the UAE, KSA, and Morocco. Compliance requirements may evolve over time.

7.1 Off-Platform Interactions

Résidanté and Alternative Control Labs FZC are not responsible for communications, negotiations, meetings, representations, or agreements conducted outside the Platform, even if contact originated on it.

7.2 No Transaction Involvement

Résidanté does not:

• Process payments
• Hold deposits or escrow
• Handle commissions
• Participate in transactions

All transactions occur solely between users at their own risk.

8.1 No Payment Handling

Résidanté does not request, collect, or process payments of any kind.

8.2 User Caution

Users are responsible for protecting themselves against fraud, scams, or misrepresentation. Any payment requests must be independently verified.

9.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

9.2 All activity conducted through a user's account is deemed authorized by that user.

11.1 As-Is / As-Available

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11.2 Service Changes

Résidanté may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or access at any time without liability.
